Hi: I just got this file: "vista_5384.4.060518-1455_winmain_beta2_x86fre_client-LB2CFRE_EN_DVD.iso" File Size = 3.12 GB (3,355,598,848 bytes)
So when I calculate the MD5 value I got this: dc9b080fa32c3d29ea2c70f3f421259d
Is it correct or maybe @Andre tested other file? Thanks for answer.

MVP Jonathan Maltz has a good walk though here, along with the MD5 checksums:
